Not Receiving Emails from the Harvard Law School Association?


If you would like to receive emails from your local HLSA Club or Shared Interest Groups (SIGs) but are currently not, please take the following steps:

  • Ensure HLSA emails are not blocked, or they are not getting stuck in your spam filter or a secondary Gmail filing structure (promotions, social, etc.).  

  • Try adding hlsa@law.harvard.edu, webmaster@hlsa.org, webmaster@[CLUB/SIG].hlsa.org and email_watch@omnimagnet.net to your contacts or safe sender lists.

  • Log into the HLSA Club or SIG's website using your HarvardKey.  If it is your first time logging in, you will be automatically added to the Club or SIG mailing list.

    • Once logged in, double-check your HLSA profile to ensure your contact information is current and you have not opted out of receiving communications. Click Update My Profile from your main navigation, and scroll down to Email Preferences. Save any changes you make.

    •  If you have not yet claimed your HarvardKey, contact the HLS HarvardKey support line at +1 617-495-5631 or HLS Alumni Records at alumrec@law.harvard.edu.

  • If you still have trouble receiving emails, please review the Whitelisting Instructions to ensure your employer/firm has not blocked emails from the HLSA or HLSA Clubs and SIGs.
