Using the Support Tracker

  • This is a really good place to post questions and requests about the website.
    • This is the fastest way to get assistance from staff regarding the website.
    • If something is beyond my abilities (i.e., a bug with the website), our webhosts AlumniMagnet can also jump in on this thread.
  • Create a new topic, similar to structuring an email.
  • Select the inquiry type for the questions.
  • Select the urgency.
    • FYI (no action needed) is for basic questions or notices that do not require an immediate response from Alumni Relations Staff.
    • Critical (Material Operations Affected) should only be used if the site is not functioning. This goes to our development team at AlumniMagnet.
    • A benefit of this tool is you can upload screenshots or documents directly to the conversation.
